Therefore, no payment or deposit made towards any software development, design, or hosting service is refundable once the work has commenced.

- Software Development Fees — including project planning, coding, design, or setup.
- Domain Registration Fees — once a domain name has been purchased or renewed.

- The Web Ready reserves the right to suspend or terminate any project or service due to non-payment, legal violation, or breach of agreement by the Client.
- In such cases, all payments made up to the date of termination remain non-refundable and will be treated as compensation for time, resources, and effort already invested.
6. Quality Assurance
The Web Ready ensures delivery of the agreed project as per the documented scope and features.
Post-delivery support or revisions are limited strictly to the agreed maintenance period or as per the terms of the service contract.
